Troy Turner, Moderator
Manager, Global Cardiovascular Marketing, Eli Lilly & Co.

Troy Turner began his career in the pharmaceutical industry after joining Bristol-Myers Squibb in 1998 and Eli Lilly in 2002. Since then, Troy has held a variety of roles in cardiovascular and diabetes sales, cardiovascular product marketing, sales force effectiveness, strategic marketing and planning and consumer healthcare marketing.

As a manager in New Product Planning with Lilly, he led the development of commercialization plans for two compounds currently in late stage clinical development. Prior to entering the pharmaceutical industry, Troy excelled in a series of leadership positions while serving as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. Born in Cleveland, Ohio Troy, attended The United States Naval Academy, graduating with a degree in General Science.

He received his masters in Business Administration from Wharton in 2002. Troy serves his community by teaching young children important entrepreneurial and financial skills as a BizworldŠ instructor. Currently Troy resides in Indianapolis, IN.



Myriam Exumé
Senior Product Manager, Virology, Bristol-Myers Squibb

Myriam Exumé is a Senior Product Manager in the Virology Marketing Department at Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS). Myriam joined BMS in July 2000 as a member of the MBA Marketing Associate Rotational Program. Her first rotation was in the Market Research Department as an Analyst on a Diabetes drug, with responsibilities for both qualitative and quantitative studies. In July 2001, Myriam was promoted to Product Manager and worked on a hypertension drug. During this time, Myriam's primary responsibilities included developing promotional materials and managing the development and execution of sales meetings.

In June 2004, Myriam was promoted to Senior Product Manager and joined the Virology Marketing Department, marketing an HIV/AIDS drug. Her primary responsibilities include developing Medical Education programs, such as Advisory Boards, Speaker Training programs and Publication Plan. She previously worked at Deloitte Consulting and Group Health Insurance Group.

Myriam received a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree from Princeton University in 1994 and an MBA degree from the Wharton School of Business in 2000.



Andrew Crowe
Vice President, Innovative Clinical Concepts (ICC)

Mr. Crowe is currently Vice President of Innovative Clinical Concepts (ICC), a minority owned business enterprise serving as a site management organization specializing in phase II through phase IV out patient clinical trials involving pharmaceuticals and medical device products. He retired from Eli Lilly and Co. in August 2004 as Director of Supplier Diversity Development. After obtaining his B.S. Degree in chemical engineering at Purdue University, Mr. Crowe's experience at Lilly also included being manager of production at the Valquimica plant near Madrid, Spain, Director of Operations for Eli Lilly Industries, S.A. in Carolina, Puerto Rico, and Director of Corporate Environmental Engineering Technology and Facility Delivery at the Indianapolis facility.

Mr. Crowe's community activities include serving as immediate past chairman of the board of directors for the Indiana Minority Supplier Development Council and past chairman of the executive board for Advancing Minoritiesâ Interests in Engineering (AMIE). Mr. Crowe's awards and recognitions include the Executive Director's Award for Community Service from the National Society of Black Engineers; the Whitney M. Young, Jr., Service Award for outstanding service to low-income, inner-city, or rural youth; and the Indiana Jefferson Award.

Mr. Crowe and wife of 36 years, Janet, have two children, Andrew, Jr., and Raynee.



Cedric Jones
Worldwide VP, CNS Franchise, Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Services

Cedric Jones is the World Wide Vice President of the Central Nervous System Franchise at Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Services. Cedric oversees a large team of marketing and medical professionals in the commercial development of new and existing pharmaceutical products that treat a variety of psychiatric and neurological disorders, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and epilepsy. Cedric joined Johnson & Johnson in 1987, and has worked in both the prescription and over the counter medicine businesses in a variety of positions, including sales, sales management, business development and marketing. Cedric earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from M.I.T., an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, and a Master of Divinity from Boston University School of Theology.



Antoine Ezell
Executive Director, Acute Care US, Eli Lilly & Co.

Tony began his career with Eli Lilly in 1992 as a sales representative in Tampa, Florida. Since then, Tony has held many roles including Diabetes Sales Representative, Diabetes Marketing Associate, Women's Health Sales Supervisor, and Primary Care District Manager. In 1999, Tony assumed the position of Director of Sales for the Delta division where he helped build and develop one of Lilly's newest sales divisions. Tony subsequently led the Endocrine Business Unit. During this time, he led the launch of a new indication which experienced three consecutive years of 17% revenue growth. Tony recently joined the Acute Care Business Unit.

Born in Mobile, Alabama, Tony attended Florida A & M University where he graduated with honors with a degree in Business Administration from the School of Business and Industry at Florida A & M University. He received his masters in Business from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Tony is a past and current volunteer for many community organizations such as the Atlanta American Diabetes Association (board member) and the Center for Leadership Development in Indianapolis (leadership mentor). Tony spends a considerable amount of his spare time mentoring both within and outside of the Lilly organization. Currently Tony resides in Indianapolis, IN with wife LaVonda, daughter Alex, and son Austin.



Mollie Brown
Clinical Study Manager, Medtronic

Ms. Mollie Brown is a Clinical Study Manager within the Cardiac Rhythm Management division of Medtronic, Inc. Ms. Brown has nine years of clinical research experience working on large clinical studies in the areas of pharmaceuticals, biologics, and medical devices. Her areas of research include Hepatitis C (Gastro), Diabetes, Cardiology, Vaccines, Alopecia, and Medical Devices (pacemakers). Ms. Brown has extensive experience in clinical studies’ site selection, initiation, monitoring, and study-close-out. In addition, Ms. Brown has managed third party contractors and clinical site budgets and payments. Ms. Brown received her undergraduate degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from California State University Northridge and an MBA from Pepperdine’s Grazidio School of Management in 2002.
