The Whitney M. Young, Jr. Memorial Conference is an annual conference organized by the membership of the Wharton School's African-American MBA Association (AAMBAA). The tradition began in 1973, when four students established the conference in memory of the former Executive Director of the National Urban League, Whitney M. Young, Jr. Art Street created the theme artwork and materials for this event (also see related pages).
